Did you know that flood policies can be transferred from one carrier to another? The Flood Policy Rollover Checklist is a great tool to use if you encounter a client that has a policy with another agent and you would like to bring it "in house" along with his other policies.

It can also be used to move policies from one carrier to another within your office.
