-Rating territories A and B, which comprise most of the state of Michigan, have seen remarkable reductions in rate, making American Reliable extremely competitive for vacant property.

Eligibility has been expanded.

-Mobile homes are now accepted.
-Values can range from $15,000 to $250,000.
